Corporate Culture Code
SPLCO has known healthy value and belief, which are the core elements of corporate culture. Firstly, Integrity is the first code of the culture, which is the basis of all kinds of transaction and the shared belief of almost all of the firms all over the world. The company refines it and implicates that it will cause three significant effects: trust, motivation and innovation. Put differently, without the existence of Integrity, there does not present the three consequences.
Second, in the aspect of individual daily work, the company strengthen all the people should comply to the ADEC model, which ties tightly with so-called “4 decisions”:(1)Attitude decides everything;(2)Details decide success;(3)Ethics decides peoples future fate, and (4)Capability is decided by the eyes of others.
Third, in the aspect of production management, the company plants 5 operating routines, i.e.5S, to be embedded in each level of the organizational process: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke.
